My Wardrobe

Welcome to the Mstique Leggings Sizing Guide. Finding the perfect fit for your leggings is key to feeling comfortable, confident, and supported. Here’s everything you need to know about sizing, fit, and how your leggings should feel.

How to Measure for the Best Fit

  1. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Keep the measuring tape snug but not tight.
  2. Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips, usually about 7–9 inches below your waist.
  3. Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle to find the right leg length for you.

Refer to our size chart below based on your measurements:

Size Waist (in) Hips (in) Inseam (in)
XS 24-26 34-36 27-28
S 26-28 36-38 28-29
M 28-30 38-40 29-30
L 30-33 40-43 30-31
XL 33-36 43-46 31-32

How Your Leggings Should Fit

  • Waist: Your leggings should sit comfortably at your natural waistline, without digging in or sliding down. If they feel too tight or you notice rolling at the waist, consider going up a size.
  • Hips and Thighs: Leggings should feel snug around your hips and thighs for a fitted look, but they shouldn’t restrict movement or feel overly tight.
  • Length and Inseam: Leggings should fall around the ankle for full-length coverage. If you prefer a cropped style, look for a shorter inseam.

What the Perfect Fit Feels Like

  • Comfortable Support: Leggings should feel like a second skin, providing gentle compression and support.
  • Freedom of Movement: You should be able to move, bend, and stretch comfortably, with no pulling or tightness.
  • Non-Transparent Coverage: Quality leggings should remain opaque, even when stretched, giving you confidence as you move.

Common Sizing Tips

  • If you're in between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit or down for a more compressive feel.
  • For high-impact activities, choose a compressive fit for extra support, while a looser fit works well for casual wear.
