How to Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Here’s how to track your order:
- Visit Our Order Tracking Page: Enter your order number to get real-time updates on your shipment’s status.
- Check Your Email: Tracking details are sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
- Access Your Profile: If you have an account, you can view your order history and tracking information by logging in.
Shipping Policies
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping to Multiple Addresses: We currently do not support multiple shipping addresses per order. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
- International Shipping: While we do not yet ship internationally, we are rapidly making the service available in select locations. Please continue to check back with us to see if your country is available to receive shipping.
Delivery Policies
- Delivery Attempts: For residential addresses, carriers will make multiple attempts if you’re not available to receive your order. Please contact the carrier directly if you need to schedule a re-delivery.
- Unreceived Orders: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 24 hours. Then, contact our customer service team, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page. Returns are easy as long as your item is in its original condition and packaging. Start the process in your profile under Previous Orders or contact our support team for help.
